These paintings are based on the I Ching, the Book of Changes. According to legend this book was used as early as 2000 B.C in China. The book was used as an oracle and as a means of exploring the unconscious. It throws a light on other, often surprising sides of a problem. The book aims at knowing and discovering thyself. Images are conveyed in words that have not lost strength in 4000 years.
